ARRIVAL

You will visit this modern city and see the ancient Kasbah Oudaya, with its windy medina streets and vendors, and beautiful interior garden. A view of the sea will show you a first glimpse of Morocco as a surfers paradise. Then you will have a chance to see the Mausoleum of Hassan II and the Hassan II tower before getting on the road to travel to Chefchaouen.
Spend time in Chefchaouen, the Blue City of the Rif Mountains and then on to Fes for a city tour of the ancient medina, the worlds oldest university, and the aristans and craftsmen that make Morocco such a treasure of handicrafts.
Travel south from Fes on the way to the Sahara desert and cross the beautiful Middle Atlas Mountains with the cedar forest filled with monkeys and further on with pastures filled with nomad families. Pass through the Ziz Valley before coming up to the red dunes of the Sahara Desert.
After a night in the Sahara, make your way west toward Marrakech. Spend time in the south of Morocco, the soul of the country, interact with Amazigh families, and pass by date palm filled oasis’. Overview
If you have 10 days to spare then this trip will offer a great overview of Morocco. Starting and ending in Casablanca you will enjoy the best of the north and the south.
